Fred Gutenberg: Biden Would Not Have Called These Essential Businesses in The Middle of a Pandemic

A Gun-control activist, Fred Gutenberg, said the Democratic presidential candidate would not allow gun stores to operate during a pandemic. Gutenberg lost his daughter during a school shooting and has been a vocal supporter of gun control policies that make schools unsafe by denying them a means of protecting the children.

Gutenberg has featured in various Biden's gun control ads and was removed from the State of the Union address in 2018 after uncivilly protesting. He later apologized for his disrespectful behavior.

Despite lacking the data to back his claims, Gutenberg claimed the current administration was killing Americans by allowing gun stores to remain open.

"This decision by this administration is going to lead to additional people dying in this country," Gutenberg said.

Contrarily, we have been receiving multiple reports of people using firearms to defend themselves from burglars during the stay at home period.

We are Texalorians... Weapons are our religion.... This is the way, y'all... Show your Texalorian Pride with this kick ass shirt!

Gutenberg also shamed politicians who supported the opening of gun shops. He also criticized gun shop businesses that remained open, claiming they were taking advantage of the crisis.

The gun control activist said that Biden would not designate gun shops as essential businesses in the middle of a crisis.

"Joe Biden would not have called these essential businesses in the middle of a pandemic," he said.

Gutenberg uttered the remarks while hosting a Townhall session with Students for Biden to mark 21 years of the Columbine Shooting.

A survivor of the Columbine shooting, Evan Todd, had recently criticized Biden for taking advantage of such a crisis to push his irrational gun control agenda. Todd warned Liberals that Biden supported the worst gun control policies that put school children at risk.

As a parent who lost a child to such defective gun policies, Gutenberg should know better than allowing the Democrats to use him and his loss for political gains.

Meanwhile, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is pushing universal background checks in our state, and if left unchecked, it will not be long until we see bills like this getting traction in Austin. Texas is embarrassingly ranked 29th for gun rights, and with the help of the political elites in Austin, we will surely rank among New York, California, and Illinois if left to their own devices. Please join our fight today, and help us restore Texas' place as the standard for the U.S.
