Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyer will sue Joe Biden over his "white supremacist" comments. The Democratic presidential candidate implied that the 17-year-old was a racist in a political advert. The issue cropped up again during the first presidential debate when the moderator, Chris Wallace, questioned President Trump over his stance on alleged white supremacists by referring to Kenosha.
“They need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we’ve seen in Portland, " Wallace said.
President Trump said that he wanted peace and that the Left was responsible for the violence experienced in the country. Biden has refused to condemn the looting, and the destruction of property carried out by the Black Lives Matter demonstrators.
“I’m willing to do that, but almost everything I see is from the left-wing, and not the right-wing,” President Trump replied. "I want to see peace.”
Wallace wanted Trump to condemn white supremacists as a whole but Biden demanded that the president to condemn the Proud Boys.
Later, Biden tweeted a video featuring Kyle's image alongside Wallace's white supremacist comments and Charlottesville Unite the Right march. The former vice president also alleged that Trump had refused to condemn white supremacists.
"There’s no other way to put it: The President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night," Biden tweeted.
Lin wood, Kyle's defense lawyer demanded a retraction of Biden's accusation. He described Kyle as "a 17-year old boy falsely accused of murder and facing life in prison."
“I also hereby demand that Joe Biden immediately retract his false accusation that Kyle is a white supremacist and militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha,” Wood reiterated.
Wood said that his team was pursuing a libel case against Joe Biden and his campaign.
“No need to turn up hearing aide, Joe,” Wood remarked. “You can easily hear footsteps of [the] army for justice coming to visit you.”
Meanwhile, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is pushing universal background checks in our state, and if left unchecked, it will not be long until we see bills like this getting traction in Austin. Texas is embarrassingly ranked 29th for gun rights, and with the help of the political elites in Austin, we will surely rank among New York, California, and Illinois if left to their own devices. Please join our fight today, and help us restore Texas' place as the standard for the U.S.
